WE HAVE 1,000 BEING EMBROIDERED CURRENTLY, AND ARE SCHEDULED TO BE DELIVERED TO US BETWEEN 8/20. ONCE HATS LAND, WE WILL SHIP ACCORDINGLY. WE ARE CURRENTLY BEHIND TO MID JUNE. How long does an order take to ship?
Orders normally take 3-5 Business days to process. Some can even ship Same Day. This processing time may increase due to holidays, special occasions, weather delays (we are in hurricane central!) and daily order volumes. Please expect a higher processing time for high volume items due to order influx and volume.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE EXPECT A 7-14 DAY PROCESSING TIME FOR LARGE SCALE VIRAL ORDERS. WE DO NOT HOLD STOCK. WE PRINT TO ORDER. MEANING: IF WE SELL 1,000 SHIRTS IN 1 DAY. WE ARE BALLS TO THE WALL IN PRINTING AND CAN BE BACKED UP DEPENDING ON THE VIRAL OUTCOMES. WE DO THIS TO ENSURE EVERY SHIRT IS RAN THROUGH WITH QUALITY, AND MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR THE CUSTOMER.

If you placed an order and have been waiting longer than normal times to receive a shipping confirmation, odds are: You have ordered a viral product. REST ASSURED, WE ALWAYS SHIP ALL ORDERS WHEN READY. VIRAL ORDERS (HIGH ORDER VOLUME) CAN TAKE UP TO 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS TO FULFILL.

We are Not Amazon and we do not have 1,000 employees and a big warehouse. “When Will I get a tracking email?”
In most cases, Once we are finished preparing your order, and it has been packaged, you will get a shipping email.
Once you receive a shipment email/text, please allow an additional 3-5 business days to receive your order during normal volume orders. We are not responsible for USPS/Carrier/weather delays. Are you Made in America?
Our Shirts are Made in America with imported Materials. Designed, printed, handled, and fulfilled in Florida, USA. Never drop shipped.
Other Items (not shirts & Stickers) are Made with Imported Material.
What is your Return/Refund/Exchange Policy?
We can cancel and refund an order as long as the item has not yet shipped and it has not passed a 48 hour mark. After 48 hours, your order is pulled and being prepped for fulfillment. Meaning, we pull, print your labels, and put it in a stack with others for shipment.
If you ordered the wrong item or need a size up or down, we don’t normally accommodate without the customer sending the UNWORN item back to us at their expense. We do not cover return postage for exchanges. You can email support at support@americannation.com (don’t be an asshole. It will get you farther…)
If you received a defective or misprinted item, we offer free replacements FOR LIFE. Just hit us up with some photos of the defect and we will get a replacement out to you ASAP.
No One is Answering My Emails! What do I do?
WE RECEIVE ALL EMAILS. SOMETIMES EMAILS DO NOT GET A REPLY BECAUSE THE ISSUE CAN BE HANDLED SWIFTLY. DURING VIRAL RUNS, EMAILS MAY GO WITHOUT AN ANSWER FOR 24-48 HOURS.
